Sample list, is modified according to application requirements
- Empty trash cans
- Check and dust high and low corner areas within reach
- Clean all entrance glass doors
- Exposed areas of computers including screens dusted/detailed
- Detail/dust exposed areas of desk, furniture, phones, countertops, office equipment, file cabinets, chairs.
- Sweep, mop, sanitize hard surface floors, remove obvious marks where applicable
- Vacuum carpets, including under desks and traffic mats
- Clean side glass panes adjacent to entrance glass doors
- Check and clean light fixtures
- Dust vents, grills, diffusers and high ledges
- Check and dust wall decor, blinds and sills
- Clean/dust all exposed carpet edges and baseboards
- Other exposed interior glass will be cleaned
- Spot clean doors and door frames as necessary
Restrooms areas – All
- Empty trash cans, replace liner
- Thoroughly sanitize sinks, commodes, urinals, countertops, partitions, grab bars, changing table, walls by dispensers
- Clean mirrors, dry-shine bright work
- Refill dispensers – if applicable – hand towels, toilet paper, soap
- Sanitize dispensers/hand dryers and polish
- Sweep, mop, sanitize hard surface floors, paying attention to baseboards and corners
- Dust grills, diffusers, and high ledges
- Ceramic tile floors machine scrubbed – if applicable-
- Hot steam vapor cleaning service – if applicable
- Spot clean doors and door frames as necessary
Cafeteria/Kitchen – All
- Empty trash cans, replace liner
- Sanitize exposed areas of table, countertops, backsplashes
- Wash/sanitize sink and dry-shine. Water cooler cleaned, sanitized and polished – if applicable
- Sanitize coffee pots/carafes – if applicable
- Refill and sanitize towel dispensers – if applicable
- Sweep, mop, sanitize hard surface floors, paying attention to baseboards and corners
- Dust grills, diffusers, and high ledges
- Wash pedestals and/or table chair legs
- Check and dust wall decor, blinds and sillsHot steam vapor cleaning service – if applicable
- Spot clean doors and door frames as necessary
Other
- Ceramic tile and Johnsonite flooring areas will be machine-scrubbed – if applicable
- Window cleaning service provided at an additional fee
- Interior of appliances; refrigerator (for an additional FEE: ONLY if empty). It is a violation of local health codes for a contract service provider to touch food items; therefore we are unable to clean the inside of your refrigerator or attempt to preserve and store any of your exposed food items.
