STANDARD HOUSE CLEANING INCLUDES:

Bathrooms

• Tile walls, bathtubs, and showers
• Shower doors
• Vanity and sink
• Mirrors, chrome fixtures all cleaned and shined
• Accessible Floors are sanitized and vacuumed (items on the floor are not picked up; clothing, toys, etc.)
• Toilets sanitized and cleaned
• Window sills, ledges and blinds dusted

• Doors and door frames are spot cleaned

Kitchen & eating area

Move-In/Move-Out Make ready Services

Our Move-In/Move-Out services are perfect for Realtors or Homeowners who are in the process of selling or leasing a home.  *This cleaning includes the standard and deep cleaning checklist plus you can add any of these services for an added cost:

• Deep clean oven and stove (in/out)
• Deep clean refrigerator (in/out)
• Clean all cabinets and pantry (in/out)
• Dust and hand wipe ceiling fans
• Dust and hand wipe mini blinds
• Dust baseboards
• Interior of all appliances and cabinets cleaned

*Note:

Our insurance only limits us to a two-step ladder.  Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.  We cannot move furniture, but we will do our best using our equipment to get under and behind.  Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand or with an extension.  If you like, we can schedule a professional window cleaning company for you at your convenience.
